At The R.E.A.S. Center, we are dedicated to making a positive impact in our community through our community housing services. Our goal is to provide housing for homeless and low-income citizens, support local non-profits by bridging the gap in services to help streamline rehabilitation, partner with local educational programs and institutes to provide financial literacy, life & employable skills, provide life coaching to foster healing and adapting to life changes, and partner with local landlords to provide affordable housing to promote stability and place individuals and their families on the road to success. What is community housing?

Community housing, also referred to as social housing, is housing for low-income and no-income individuals.They are usually ran by government or nonprofit agencies. It is typically a house or townhome that is shared by multiple people or families with community spaces for cooking, laundry, and relaxing & entertainment. It is very similar to college dorm living and the residents consider each other roommates. Yes, we can. Housing placement is one of the services offered at The R.E.A.S. Center. We connect those experiencing homelessness with organizations that provide financial assistance to help pay for housing and place them in one of our many community houses. The R.E.A.S Center helps people find affordable solutions to their housing crisis. We recognize that the changes in the housing market have caused difficulties in finding affordable housing to many working individuals and families. We believe our community housing placement services is the innovative solution needed to help those affected by these changes. Our community housing placement department is dedicated to assisting our community with obtaining affordable housing to fit their needs while creating a community of like-minded individuals on the path to life improvement and change. What services do you offer your community housing residents?

Our goal is to assist the community with affordable housing, services that help improve their lives, and a sense of community that promotes good mental health and well-being. Our community housing offers its residents FULLY FURNISHED housing that include free utilities, free wifi & access to a computer, free food, free home phone, free laundry, free life coaching and community activities. We also connect our residents with other services and opportunities in the community, such as life coaching, education and trade schools referrals, childcare referrals, job placement, home health care referrals, access to home-buyers programs, financial literacy and more.
